Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your plants and gardening products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Please note delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your Bloomyard experience.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on the following live products:

  • Annual Bedding Plants
  • Begonia Tubers
  • Dahlia Tubers
  • Crocus Bulbs
  • Daffodil Bulbs
  • All other live plants and bulbs

If you receive damaged or incorrect perishable items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Plants must show no signs of neglect or improper care
  • Original packaging should be retained where possible

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request
  2. Our garden care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • For PayPal payments: refunds typically appear within 24 hours after processing
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
